Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ZARSys ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. ZARSys is a B2B enterprise platform — access requires an invitation from an organisation administrator.

2. Description of Service

ZARSys is an intelligent workforce management platform offering tools for team management, project tracking, attendance monitoring, communications, analytics, and human resources operations. The Service is available via the ZARSys mobile application (iOS and Android) and the web application at zarsys.io.

3. Accounts & Access

• Access to ZARSys is granted exclusively by invitation from an authorised organisation administrator.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must not share your account with any other person.
• You must notify your administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
• ZARSys reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform.
• Use the platform to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other organisations' data or system infrastructure.
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service without written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

5. Data Ownership

Your organisation owns all data entered into ZARSys by its members. ZARSys processes this data on behalf of your organisation as a data processor under applicable data protection law. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Subscription & Billing

• ZARSys operates on a subscription basis. Pricing is agreed between ZARSys and the subscribing organisation.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Additional users beyond the plan limit may incur additional per-user charges as disclosed in the billing section of the platform.
• Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods.
• If an organisation's billing status becomes overdue, access may be suspended until the outstanding balance is resolved.

7. Intellectual Property

ZARSys and all related trademarks, service marks, logos, and designs are the exclusive property of ZARSys. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use ZARSys branding without prior written consent.

8. Service Availability

We aim for maximum uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability. ZARSys may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will notify administrators of planned maintenance windows in advance where possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZARSys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by your organisation in the 3 months prior to the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the use of ZARSys by providing 30 days' written notice. ZARSys reserves the right to immediately terminate access in the event of a material breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your organisation's data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted upon request.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to organisation administrators via email or in-platform notification at least 14 days before taking effect.
